The chess set is designed and created by the owner of Staunton Castle Mr. Mandeep Singh Saggu (Master Craftsman) and we are thankful to our artisans who made this chess set for our company at our work unit named Mandeep Handicrafts located in the the city of Amritsar. The flying mane of the knighthead and the carving on this knight head gives it the mixture of aggressive and elegant look. We are feeling so proud to say that this chess set is the result of spectacular craftsmanship. We designed this chess set especially for the chess collectors. |

We offer Worldwide free Shipping to our customers. For North America, UK, Australia, Europe, and India the item will be shipped by DHL Express Service. Sometimes we use the India International Post for Latin America, Russia, Japan and the rest of the world depends upon the shipping service and the location to deliver the parcels. Normal delivery time to North America, UK, Australia, Europe, and India is 4 to 7 business days and for the Post for Latin America, Russia, Japan and the rest of the world is 20 to 30 business days. For USA, Australia and India, there are no extra taxes, other hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all-inclusive. For Europe, Canada, Mexico and Latin America buyers pay the duty and taxes from their ends. But our company helps the buyers regards to the duty and taxes. Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
